Samsung announced its flagship Android tablet Galaxy Tab for Singapore. Company has partnered with Singtel to sell the device, while it will also be selling an unlocked version.
Samsung will start shipping the Wi-FI cum 3G version of tablet from November 13, while the Wi-FI only version is expected to hit later. It has not disclosed the price right now, but they are expected to be in line with the US prices, where the tablet is selling for $600 outright.
SingTel version o the tablet will have many goodies out of the box like local magazines such as August Man, as well as its video and music services and Android apps. Singtel users will also be able to watch Barclays Premier League broadcasts on the tablet.
Samsung Galaxy Tab comes with 7 inch display and Android 2.2 on board, along with 1.2 Ghz Hummingbird processor with front and read cameras.
